Rip-Tie accepts returns for all purchases made at Riptie.com for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please send all return requests to RipTieProducts@riptie.com. The product must be returned in unused, saleable condition to be accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds normally take 5-7 business days to process.

All returns must first be approved by Rip-Tie before the return can be accepted. Once the return is approved, Rip-Tie will send a return notification by email which will include the RMA number and Return Authorization form. The Return Authorization Form must accompany the return shipment which will ensure faster processing once received by our facility.
